Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In a resalable condition​

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds and exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis.

• We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing any refund or exchange.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome via email.​

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at LazyRayz@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Our team will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as Lazy Rayz cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.​

Items Not Excluded

We currently do not exclude any item types from being returned, provided they meet our return conditions.

Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which give you the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
